Brief Introduce:
Mainly use for automobile, home appliances, electronics, hardware, machinery and other industries brazing of stainless steel, brass, red copper and ceramic material and other brazing heat treatment. After suffering from such equipment heat treatment, product surface becomes brightness without oxidation .
Characteristic:
1. This continuous mesh belt brazing furnace is made of Sweden nickel alloy plates which contain rare earth elements, have strong structural strength and small heat deformation and improve its service life.
2. The cooling section use the technology of separating cooling muffle from cooling jacket welding and welding line, which ensures that brazed work piece become bright and won't be oxidized.
3. Heat exchanger is equipped in the cooling section, which greatly increases the cooling speed of work pieces.
4. Special design enables each heating zone to realize step less voltage regulation and ensure stable temperature for the heating furnace. The stability of furnace temperature can reach ±1℃.
5. Unique anti-explosion design uses various warning and circuit interlocking automatic protective devices to ensure the safe operation of the furnace.
