Process: 15ml/min methanol atmosphere protection, zone 1- 730°C, zone 2 - 830°C, zone 3 - 840°C, zone 4 - 850°C, zone 5 - 860°C, speed about 90 minutes (from furnace feeding to oil feeding time), 60- 80°C oil cooling, after cleaning, zone 1 - 250°C, zone 2 - 400°C, zone 3 - 420°C, tempering for 120 minutes
1. Place the product with uniform thickness on the mesh belt and heat it in the furnace
2. Lift up the oil tank mesh belt after oil quenching
3. Measure the hardness after quenching
4. Enter the tempering mesh belt furnace for tempering after cleaning
5. Air cooling after tempering
6. Measure the hardness after tempering
