1. Vacuum oil quenching furnace
Vacuum oil quenching furnace is mainly suitable for vacuum heat treatment of alloy structural steel, bearing steel, tool steel, die steel, spring steel, high temperature alloy, stainless steel, magnetic materials, etc. Its main features are wide range of applicable materials, relatively large deformation of parts, need for subsequent cleaning, quenching oil can be reused, and relatively low cost. The structural form of vacuum oil quenching furnace can be divided into double chamber, three chamber, etc.
2. Vacuum gas quenching furnace
Mainly used for high pressure gas quenching treatment of die steel, tool steel, high speed steel, stainless steel and other alloy steels. At the same time, the equipment has vacuum tempering, vacuum annealing, vacuum sintering and partial vacuum brazing functions.
3. Vacuum brazing furnace
Vacuum brazing furnace is mainly used for vacuum brazing of aluminum products such as aluminum alloy heat exchangers, copper brazing, nickel brazing, silver brazing, brazing of stainless steel, titanium alloy, hard alloy, high temperature alloy, non-ferrous metals, and vacuum heat treatment of high-speed steel, tool steel, bearing steel and other materials. In addition, it is also widely used in vacuum brazing of stainless steel heat exchangers, oil coolers, stainless steel thermos cups and other products. 4. Vacuum tempering furnace
It is mainly used for bright tempering of various materials after vacuum quenching, and can also be used for recrystallization annealing and aging of non-ferrous metals.
