     In the process of using the bright annealing furnace, a tempering process is required, and with the temperature, the tempering hardenability is also different. The specific types can be divided into 270-350 embrittlement, 400-550 embrittlement, 475 embrittlement, and 500-570 embrittlement.


    1. Strengthen the screening under the trough, require the foreman on duty to check the raw fuel four times per shift and make records, and the hoisting workers clean the screening surface more than twice per shift.

The furnace temperature is strictly prohibited from being too low.

    3. Furnace washing is carried out by means of dispersed and manual furnace washing agent. The cleaning agent is manganese ore and fluorite with a ratio of 2:1.

    4. People are scattered and washed. Manganese ore, fluorite, and evenly added to each batch, accounting for about 5% of the ore batch, distributed to the furnace, and continued to wash the furnace for a week.

    5. The furnace will be collected and cleaned. According to the extent of the furnace condition, it will gather to wash the furnace from time to time. The purpose is to quickly restore the furnace condition, improve the air permeability of the material column, and achieve an active furnace. In the process of handling abnormal furnace conditions, the No. 5 blast furnace will gather and wash the furnace 5 times. Every time 20 cars will add clean coke with fluorite and manganese ore. The load is calculated as 1.0. After washing the furnace, significant results have been achieved. The furnace body temperature rises, the water temperature difference reaches the normal range, and the surrounding temperature difference.
