Carbon removal process and equipment characteristics of mesh belt furnace
Carbon removal process of mesh belt furnace:
The method is to stop the injection of nitrogen, methanol and fuel gas into the mesh belt furnace, cut off the power supply so that the heating element is no longer heating, first reduce the temperature of the quenching furnace to 750℃, and open the debris removal port under the last furnace shell to make air It enters the furnace to help the coke burn, and the time is about 4h.
If the furnace temperature in the decarbonization process rises to more than 900°C, put the debris removal opening cover back to its original position to reduce the air flow and protect the internal components of the furnace from damage due to excessive furnace temperature. Wait until the temperature drops below 750°C. The debris removal port is opened, and the procedure is repeated.
When there is no carbon black falling in the furnace, remove the debris in the furnace. At this time, observe that there is no carbon slag falling from the furnace bottom, and there is no carbon deposit in all parts of the furnace. Close the debris removal port and the carbon removal process ends.
Features of mesh belt furnace equipment:
The furnace body is made of national standard steel and steel plate rolled into a drum and welded, and the angle steel coiled channel steel base has the characteristics of firm structure. The refractory material used in the furnace body is a new type of ultra-light refractory brick. The aluminum silicate fiber spinning blanket is used on the furnace lining, and the advanced Shougang resistance wire used in the heating element is suspended in three zones and arranged in the furnace. On the bricks, it is very convenient for installation and maintenance inspection.
