Classification and characteristics of annealing furnace
Classification of annealing furnace:
1. Pit annealing furnace: Pit annealing furnace is suitable for heat treatment of copper parts, stainless steel and other metal parts, which can keep the workpiece clean after annealing. Its characteristic is that it can be equipped with multiple furnace tubes, which saves manpower, improves production efficiency and reduces production costs.
2. Aluminum alloy annealing furnace: Aluminum alloy annealing furnace is mainly used for aluminum alloy.
3. Bell-type annealing furnace: Bell-type annealing furnace is an annealing furnace with high production efficiency, good product quality, low pollution, low energy consumption, no pollution, safety, reliability, convenience and simplicity. It is mainly used for non-ferrous metals and aluminum alloys. It can ensure that the workpiece is clean and smooth after annealing.
4. Pit-type vacuum annealing furnace: Pit-type vacuum annealing furnace is suitable for annealing coiled wire and steel strip. It is annealed in a vacuum state without decarburization, so the workpiece is bright and clean after annealing. The pit vacuum annealing furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace bladder, vacuum mercury, circulating fan and other parts.
Features of annealing furnace:
1. Well-type structure; it can be buried deeply underground, has a small area, and adapts to the technical transformation of the old factory.
2. The loading capacity is moderate, about 9-15 tons per furnace, which is compatible with the batch of about 10 tons of special steel wire, and the batch transfer is convenient.
3. Using electric heating, the heat treatment process is automated and the heat treatment process can be traced.
4. Furnace lining full fiber structure, thermal efficiency is obviously improved, high efficiency and energy saving
5. A strong convection fan is installed at the bottom of the furnace, and the furnace temperature has good uniformity up and down, with an accuracy of ±5°C, which actually reaches ±3°C.
