Common faults and solutions of mesh belt furnaces

        1. The heating switch is not turned on, but the temperature is still rising.

  The reason for this is that the contacts of the heating AC contactor are glued together and cannot be disconnected. The solution is to replace the contactor.

        2. The power supply trips after turning on the heating switch.

There are three possible reasons for this situation: The first is that the heating tube and the electric furnace are short-circuited. The solution is to disassemble the inside of the furnace body and check the heating tube; the second is that the capacity of the main switch of the power supply is too small. The solution is to replace the large capacity. Switch; The third is that the main power switch box is equipped with a leakage protection switch, but the wiring is incorrect. The troubleshooting method is to check the circuit and correct it.

   3. Cannot boot after power on.

There are two possible reasons for this situation: the first is that the power supply does not meet the requirements of the specifications, the elimination method is to connect the power supply required by the specifications; the second is that the neutral line may not be connected, the elimination method is to connect the neutral line on.

   4. The internal temperature of the professional mesh belt furnace is uneven and abnormally high.

There are three possible causes of   : The first is that the thermocouple is not sensitive. The way to eliminate it is to replace the thermocouple. The second is that the temperature controller is not sensitive and the action is out of control. The solution is to replace the temperature controller. The third is that the workpiece placement is unreasonable and the furnace door is not closed properly. The solution is to change the workpiece placement method and close the furnace door.
