India customer pay order again
Our Indian customer Manish who bought a bright annealing furnace with us in Sep. of this year to brighten his straight tubes. In Nov. of this year, after this customer brought his engineer to our factory to inspect the goods, they also wanted to buy stainless steel wire, coil winding and unwinding equipment. Our boss took the engineer to see those equipment.
After that, they ask my boss to return to our factory and proposal whether the furnace can be refurbished for the stainless steel wire on-line annealing. Our engineer said yes, and after calculating the new furnace design and size on the spot, the customer expressed the idea of rebuilding the furnace on the spot and asked our manager to help him reformulate the contract.
