Features of natural gas bright annealing furnace
The natural gas bright annealing furnace is lined with a flat-top castable structure, high-temperature castable, high refractoriness, good thermal shock stability, flame erosion resistance, surface shedding resistance, and long service life. The insulation layer is composed of refractory fiber felt and lightweight castable intervals, which can well prevent the loss of insulation and save energy.
Heating component: The raw material of the heating component is 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high temperature alloy resistance strip. According to the uniform temperature design, the resistance strip is effectively arranged on the five sides of the furnace body, so that the temperature symmetry of the high temperature bright annealing furnace exceeds 5-8. In the main applications of aerospace, military, etc., the thermal element manufactured according to our company's special design plan is integrated with the high-precision temperature control system software, and the temperature control symmetry exceeds 3-5 degrees.
The furnace door lifting device adopts an electric device, which is mainly composed of a furnace door frame, a furnace door lifting beam, a reducer, a sprocket, a transmission shaft and a bearing. The furnace door lifting is driven by the positive and negative transmission on the reducer. The furnace door lifting reducer is also equipped with a braking device, which can effectively prevent the furnace door from shifting during the lifting process. The furnace door pressing device adopts the domestic advanced spring type pressing structure. When the oven needs to be lifted, the oven door will be automatically released by its own weight through a lever, and then moved horizontally for a certain distance before lifting. When the furnace door is lowered into place and needs to be pressed on the pulley on the trolley, the furnace door will move horizontally to a compressed and sealed state under the action of the spring force, and then pass the lever. The compression device of this structure has the characteristics of good safety performance and long service life.
The trolley has large load, high temperature, harsh use conditions, and is easy to deform and burn out the frame; the invention can effectively overcome the shortcomings of easy deformation of the frame, short service life, and burning of the frame under the influence of high temperature.
