How to carry out water quenching for quenching furnace equipment
The lower opening of the furnace body of the trolley quenching furnace is opened, and the opening and closing action of the furnace door is completed by mechanical transmission through motor, reducer, sprocket, chain, track, etc. The heating element adopts the resistance belt of high resistance alloy, which is arranged on both sides of the inner tank through a special hook and insulated from the inner tank. The quenching furnace is welded by profile steel and steel plate, the inner wall of the furnace lining is connected with the furnace shell as a whole, and the interlayer of the furnace body and furnace liner is filled with aluminum silicate refractory fiber for heat insulation. The furnace door is designed at the lower part of the furnace body, that is, the entry and exit of workpieces are from below.
The fan is composed of blower and air guide plate. The blower motor is electrically interlocked with the heating element. The heating element can be energized only after the blower is connected, so as to ensure that the heating element can work under the condition of ventilation cycle. The charging basket and charging and discharging car are welded from section steel, and the horizontal center of gravity is adjusted and hoisted up and down. The quenching furnace is equipped with charging basket and charging car to ensure that users can work in time. During feeding, the charging basket is installed on the trolley, pulled out and pushed. When entering the lower part of the furnace body, the furnace door is opened and the rotary hoist works, hook the chain, lift the charging basket into the furnace, and close the furnace door for heating. When discharging, open the furnace door, the rotary hoist acts, put the charging basket into the water tank for quenching treatment, then lift the charging basket out of the water and put it on the plane of the trolley, unhook the chain, raise the rotary hoist, pull out the trolley for aging treatment.
A water tank is arranged at the lower part of the furnace body so that the workpiece can enter the water tank for quenching treatment in a short time. The control part selects thyristor, digital display meter, etc. for temperature control and alarm. The quenching furnace door opening and closing organization and charging lifting organization are equipped with a limit switch, which is connected with the power supply of the control cabinet. When the workpiece rises to the Z high point, turn on the furnace door opening and closing power supply and contact the power supply of the heating element. When the furnace door is opened, cut off the power supply of the heating element and connect the lifting organization power supply. The quenching furnace lowers the workpiece for water quenching.
