2. Maintenance procedures:

2. The operator conducts a comprehensive inspection of the equipment before each opening of the furnace. If any faults and hidden dangers are found, report to the workshop in time, and cooperate with the maintenance workers to check and repair to ensure that it is in good condition before working.

3. The maintenance worker must complete the maintenance plan issued by the superior on time and guarantee the quality, deal with all hidden dangers of the equipment in time, and complete the rectification project on time regularly to ensure the normal production of this shop.

4. The maintenance electrician is responsible for power distribution facilities and transformer equipment, and conduct regular inspections to deal with problems promptly.

3. Maintenance system

1. The wire rope should be checked frequently to see if there is any breakage or looseness in the rope clamp.

2. The bearings used for lifting the furnace door on the equipment are lubricated once every 6 months, and the resistance in the furnace is cleaned every 20 furnaces for foreign matter and oxide scales on the resistance belt.

 3. The reducer and chain should be checked and refueled regularly to keep them in normal condition.
