3. Furnace type structure: This well-type spheroidizing annealing furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace lining, heating element, furnace bladder, and control system and other accessories.

（1）Furnace body The furnace body is made of national standard steel and steel plate rolled into a drum and welded. The angle steel coil is strengthened, and the channel steel base is firmly structured. 

（2）The furnace lining is made of ultra-light refractory bricks, the furnace lining is made of aluminum silicate fiber spinning blanket and perlite powder for heat preservation, and the furnace cover is filled with vermiculite powder in an aluminized heat insulation box for heat preservation.

（3）Heating element The electric heating element adopts Shougang 0Cr25AL5 resistance wire, which is suspended in three zones and arranged on the bricks around the furnace, which is very convenient for installation and maintenance. The vacuum furnace tank is made of aluminized steel plate rolled and welded, and the thickness is 14mm. The aluminized tank has a sealing knife and is sealed by fine river sand. The furnace cover of the furnace is made of 25mm carbon steel plate.

（4）Control system This well-type spheroidizing annealing furnace adopts temperature control thermocouple and Shanghai Guolong intelligent digital display temperature control instrument for temperature control. The temperature control instrument can be controlled according to the set temperature and can display theoretical and measured values. The control system also has an over-temperature sound and light alarm function. The temperature record uses the Shanghai Dahua Changtu temperature recorder to record the furnace temperature, and the thermocouple is K type. The furnace temperature measurement compensation wire is connected to the furnace thermocouple from the instrument cabinet, which is provided by the supplier. The control execution system adopts a high-power SCR zero-crossing trigger system, equipped with a radiator and a complete air cooling system. At the same time, it is equipped with automatic air switch and fast fuse for secondary protection. Each group of electric heating elements is equipped with ammeter, voltmeter and on-off indication of electric heating elements, with power-on interlock protection and safety grounding measures.
