        Nitriding has a wide range of adaptability to materials. General steel materials and some non-ferrous metals, such as titanium and titanium alloys, can be nitrided and multi-component co-infiltration treatment. The multi-element co-nitriding steel based on nitriding is consistent with the nitriding steel.

        In order to make the core of the workpiece have sufficient strength, the carbon content of steel is usually (w) 0.15%~0.50%, and tool steel is higher. Adding W, Mo, Cr, Ti, Ni, Al and other alloying elements can improve the processability and comprehensive mechanical properties of material nitriding treatment.
