What is the principle of the needle valve of the nitriding furnace
The needle valve of the nitriding furnace uses the characteristic that ammonia is easily soluble in water and its decomposition products are insoluble in water for measurement. When in use, first close the water inlet valve and introduce the waste gas from the furnace tank into a glass container with a scale, then close the exhaust valve, drain valve and air inlet valve in turn, open the water inlet valve, and pour water into the glass container filled with waste gas. Since ammonia is soluble in water, the volume occupied by water can represent the volume of undecomposed ammonia, and the remaining volume is occupied by decomposition products. The ammonia decomposition rate can be directly read from the scale.
