Preparation of heat treatment products before charging
1) Before charging, check whether the equipment is intact and whether the furnace body is damaged. Whether all moving parts (furnace door, trolley, etc.) move normally, whether the electrical circuit is in good working condition, and whether the trolley surface is cleaned.
2) Check whether the cooling medium is sufficient and whether the circulating system works normally.
3) Check whether the thermocouple, temperature measuring recording instrument and control system are in good condition.
4) Check whether the auxiliary tools are complete. Especially whether the lifting equipment, steel wire rope, spreader and fixture are suitable, damaged and safe.
5) Check the quality of heat treated workpiece: check the steel grade and workpiece size. Check the workpiece surface for defects, cracks and potential defects that will cause heat treatment cracking. For the workpiece with cavity, whether there are residues such as oil, water and garbage in the cavity, consider whether to fill it with heat-resistant materials after cleaning. If there are defects and bends, they shall be cleaned and straightened first.
