Process: 30ml / min atmosphere protection for each route of methanol, zone 1 790, zone 2 840, zone 3 850, zone 4 860, zone 5 860, zone 6 860 ℃, speed about 120 minutes (from furnace feeding to oil feeding time), 60-80 ℃ oil cooling, start stirring, after cleaning, zone 1 250, zone 2 350, zone 3 410, zone 4 410 ℃ tempering for 120 minutes.
