1. The heating power switch is not turned on, but the temperature is still rising.
The reason for this is that the circuit breakers of the heating intermediate relay are stuck together and cannot be broken. The cleaning method is to change the AC contactor.
2. After turning on the heating power switch, the power supply tripped.
There are several possible reasons for this situation: the first is the short-circuit fault of the heating tube and the electric furnace. The cleaning method is to disassemble the inner structure of the furnace shell and check the heating tube; the second is that the volume of the switching power supply is too small. The cleaning method is to change the capacity power switch; the third is that the main power switch box is equipped with a leakage protection switch, but the wiring is wrong. The cleaning method is to check the route and modify it.
3. Cannot turn on after plugging in.
There are two possible reasons for this situation: one is that the switching power supply does not meet the requirements of the specifications and models, the cleaning method is to connect the switching power supply required on the specifications and models; the second is that the ground wire is not connected, the cleaning method is Connect the ground wire.
4. The temperature inside the furnace shell is unevenly distributed and abnormally high.
There are several possible causes: the younger one is the reaction failure of the platinum thermal resistance, the cleaning method is to change the platinum thermal resistance; the second is the failure of the temperature controller, the posture is out of order, the cleaning method is to change the temperature controller; the third is the placement of steel parts Unscientific, the furnace mouth is not closed properly. The cleaning method is to change the method of placing steel parts and close the furnace mouth.
Safety operating procedures for mesh belt furnace:
1. Strictly abide by the computer program operation and start the operation, respectively turn on the main heating power supply, and maintain the continuous heating time for 6 hours. Both: 150 degrees heat preservation for 1 hour, 300 degrees heat preservation for 1 hour, 450 degrees heat preservation for 1 hour, 550 degrees heat preservation for 1 hour, 700 degrees heat preservation for half an hour, 800 degrees heat preservation for half an hour, and 800 degrees for every liter of 50 degrees heat preservation for half an hour.
2. When the temperature of the quenching furnace reaches 200 degrees or more, the cooling water at the furnace mouth should be turned on.
3. When the temperature of the quenching furnace reaches 300 degrees or more, start the mesh belt operation.
4. When the temperature of the quenching furnace reaches 500 degrees, turn on the water circulation pump to keep the water curtain of the water sealing tank at the outlet of the furnace cool.
5. When the temperature of the quenching furnace reaches 800 degrees, methanol needs to be supplied, protective gas is provided to the furnace, and the flow rate of the flow agent is adjusted. Adjust the operating frequency of the mesh belt according to process requirements.
6. When the furnace reaches a given temperature, the net belt is loaded with processed products for production.
7. Half an hour before the quenched product comes out, turn on the sink hoist, clean the hoist and clean the circulating pump.
8. Turn on the heating power of the tempering furnace 3 hours before the scheduled feeding of the tempering furnace.
9. When the tempering furnace temperature reaches 200 degrees, turn on the circulating fan and fan cooling water.
10. When the tempering furnace temperature reaches 300 degrees, start the mesh belt operation.
