Structure description of stainless steel tube annealing furnace:

  The stainless steel tube annealing furnace is mainly composed of a discharge rack, a heating furnace body, a water-jacketed cooling box, and a receiving mechanism.

The stainless steel coil bright annealing furnace uses four-zone temperature control, silicon carbide rods or spiral resistance wires are used as heating elements, and the heating temperature can reach 1150℃. The furnace core tube is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel 310S tube, single layer along the length of the heating furnace Layout, the annealing tube passes through the furnace core tube and is heated.

  The protective gas adopts an ammonia decomposition furnace to heat liquid ammonia and decompose to obtain a hydrogen-nitrogen mixture containing 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen, which is simultaneously sent into the furnace core tube. The furnace body has a split structure, which is convenient for maintenance, and the furnace body has good airtightness, low heat loss and good heat preservation.

  In order to cool the annealed stainless steel coil quickly, the annealing furnace is equipped with a water-cooled box, and a stainless steel tube is installed inside as a cooling tube. The annealing tube can be cooled to obtain a supersaturated stainless steel solid solution to achieve the required hardness and brightness.

   A special winding unit is installed at the rear of the water-cooled box. After annealing, the pipe can be coiled in a disk, and there is a hydrogen protection input device to prevent the inner hole of the pipe from being oxidized, and hydrogen is fed into the inner hole of the pipe for protection while being coiled to ensure the inner and outer brightness of the annealed pipe.

The continuous bright annealing furnace for stainless steel coils is mainly used for the bright heat treatment of stainless steel coils, stainless steel wires and other stainless steel wires and tubes.
