What are the factors that affect the tightness of the trolley furnace
The sealing condition of the bogie furnace directly affects the temperature uniformity and power consumption in the bogie furnace. There are three main factors that affect the trolley-type seal:
1. Combination of furnace door and furnace body and car
This joint is difficult to seal for the trolley furnace, and it is also a part of the furnace that leaks more. If the desktop furnace adopts a spring compression and a soft side mechanism for the furnace door to seal. This part can be well sealed and easy to adjust.
2, the joint part of the furnace body and both sides of the trolley
Because the trolley furnace body and the furnace car are relatively in and out, considering the expansion after heating, this part should have a certain gap, so this part is sealed with a sand seal and a soft seal structure with full fiber characteristics. This kind of sealing structure is characterized by reliable sealing and convenient adjustment.
3. The junction between the trolley and the furnace body
adopts insert-soft edge sealing, and uses the power of the trolley furnace to compress. The comprehensive use of the above sealing technology ensures that the furnace is always in a sealed state during the production process, reduces the escape of high-temperature furnace gas, improves the working environment, and enhances the energy-saving effect.
Tips for using trolley furnace:
1. The burner of the fuel heating car furnace should be installed along the tangent direction of the bath. At regular intervals, such as every week, the bath should be rotated 30-40 degrees to prevent local overheating of the bath and prolong the life of the bath.
2. Use refractory cement or asbestos gasket to seal between the tub flange and the furnace panel to prevent molten salt from flowing into the furnace. It is not advisable to use fuel to heat the nitrate furnace to prevent explosion caused by the action of carbon black and nitrate after the furnace tube burns through.
3. Salt holes should be placed at the bottom of the trolley furnace hearth to prepare for the discharge of molten salt in the event of an accident, which should be blocked with appropriate materials at ordinary times.
4. Two thermocouples are used in the trolley furnace to measure the temperature of the furnace near the salt bath and the heating element.
5. When using cyanide, lead, alkali and other toxic bath agents, strong ventilation devices should be installed.
