What are the maintenance measures for brazing furnaces

Specific measures for brazing furnace maintenance:

　　 1. The operator of brazing furnace equipment must understand various appearances, pumps, and various parts of the equipment. Read and understand various manuals.

　　 2. The pressure of the cooling water should be between 0.1 and 0.2Mpa, and the outlet temperature should be ≤45℃.

　　 3. The compressed air pressure is between 0.4 and 0.5Mpa.

　　 4. Before starting the brazing furnace equipment, check the capacity of the maintenance gas cylinder to avoid lack of gas filling and replace the cylinder.

　　 5. If there is any abnormality after the brazing furnace equipment is turned on, it should be cleaned up immediately or shut down to find the cause.

　　 6. Always check the return water volume of each part, and ensure that each part has enough cooling water during operation.

　　 7. When the brazing furnace equipment is out of service, the gas in the furnace should be exhausted, and if it is not used for a long time, it should be filled with maintenance gas and the circulating water in the water cooling jacket of the equipment should be discharged.

　　 8. Mechanical pumps and Roots pumps should be changed and refueled regularly, and there must always be oil in the oil cup of the Roots pump. Be sure to drain the waste oil clean when changing the oil.

　　 9. When changing the oil of the dispersion pump, if there is oxidation inside, clean the oxide layer inside the dispersion pump and then replace with new oil.

　　 10. The purity of the filled maintenance gas should not be less than 99.99.

　　 11. Brazing furnace equipment is not allowed to use flammable, explosive and corrosive gas as a maintenance atmosphere.

　　 12. The appearance and appearance of the brazing furnace equipment must be kept clean, and the inner wall of the scrubbing furnace is not allowed to be scrubbed with water or non-vacuum oil.

　　 13. The oil-water separator on the pneumatic three-piece of the pneumatic system should always drain water, and the vacuum dispersion pump oil should be written into the oil mist device.

　　 14. The voltage of the whole brazing furnace equipment must be within the range of 350~420V. The three phases should be balanced.

　　 15. The regulators, electric contact pressure gauges, thermocouples, etc. should always be coated with dispersed pump oil to form an oil film with the seat to avoid air leakage.
