Operating conditions of trolley furnace
1. The welding speed of the trolley furnace should be increased as soon as possible in order to avoid excessive heat while ensuring the welding seam.
2. The welding rod of each layer must be thoroughly cleaned up. After cooling, use a small hammer to lightly hit the weld around the weld to eliminate stress.
3. The trolley furnace is usually used indoors, and the ambient temperature is in the range of 5--40°C.
4. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas around the use environment, no obvious vibration and turbulence.
5. The position of the trolley furnace controller and the electric furnace should not be too close.
6. When the trolley furnace is used, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the specified operating temperature, so as not to burn the electric heating element.
7. It is forbidden to fill the furnace with various liquids and dissolved metals, and the trolley furnace should be checked regularly.
