Wheels: The walking wheels of the trolley are made of castings and processed. The drive shaft is made of 45# steel, and is quenched and tempered. Roller bearings are selected for transmission bearings to ensure load requirements.


Furnace bottom plate: heat-resistant cast steel parts are selected, and the long-term use temperature is ≤950℃ to ensure that it will not deform, oxidize, and crack during use. It can prevent the workpiece from falling off and falling into the groove of the heating element device on the trolley to form a short circuit and damage the heating element.


Trolley traction organization: The traction force of the trolley is a reducer. The reducer drives the sprocket to roll, and the sprocket connects to the gear on the trolley, and then drives the trolley to move. There are double insurance limit organization and chain organization for both entering and exiting the furnace.


Heating element: The trolley is equipped with a corrugated resistance tape as the heating element. The raw material is made of 0Cr25AL5 high-resistance alloy material. The power supply of the heating element is connected to the sliding contact line.
