The cast steel furnace floor with pressure and high temperature resistance is installed on the trolley to carry the workpiece. In order to prevent the oxide scale generated after the workpiece is heated from falling into the heating element through the gap between the furnace bottom plate and causing damage to the heating element, the contact between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body adopts plug-in contact. In order to ensure normal use, it needs to be purged frequently. When purging, the furnace floor is hoisted, and the oxide scale in the resistance wire groove is blown out with compressed air. Take care to prevent the oxide scale from getting stuck in the furnace wire and causing a short circuit.
The characteristics of the turning trolley furnace:
1. The whole process time of opening the furnace door-driving the trolley out to the edge of the pool-tilting the trolley and dumping all the workpieces into the quenching pool is about 1 minute. The time for the workpiece to enter the quenching medium is fast, which improves the quality of the heat treatment process.
2. The heating temperature of the electric furnace is controlled by a PID zero-crossing trigger thyristor and a high-precision smart meter. The temperature control accuracy is high and the temperature difference fluctuates about ±1℃. In addition, a circular chart automatic recorder is used to record temperature and over-temperature alarm, dual control to ensure that the workpiece is not over-temperature heated; the temperature is set according to the process.
3. The tilting of the trolley of the turning trolley furnace adopts an electro-hydraulic device, the trolley tilts smoothly without shaking, and the tilt angle is greater than 35°C.
4. The tilting of the trolley, the entry and exit of the trolley, and the lifting of the furnace door of the flip-type trolley furnace are electrically controlled, and are equipped with interlocking protection devices to prevent malfunctions and accidents caused by misoperation.
