What is the brazing furnace process, and what are its functions and advantages?

The so-called brazing refers to a welding method in which a metal material with a lower melting point than the base metal (the material to be welded) is used as the solder, and the molten solder is used to infiltrate the base metal and fill the interface gap between the workpiece and make it diffuse with the base metal. The brazing deformation is small, and the joint is smooth and beautiful. It is suitable for welding precision, complex and components composed of different materials, such as cemented carbide tools and printed circuit boards. The brazing furnace is a high-temperature furnace that can meet the brazing requirements. The temperature in the furnace is controlled in an environment where the brazing solder can melt but the base metal does not melt and is isolated from oxygen. Through the heat exchanger processed in the brazing furnace (rather than manual welding), the water pipe and cylinder, water pipe and heat sink are more closely and evenly combined, which has the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency and long service life.
