Trolley type annealing furnace design and method of use
Trolley type annealing furnace design:
In order to ensure the needs of industrial processing, the trolley quenching furnace we use must have a uniform temperature when working, and the uniform temperature of the trolley quenching furnace can ensure the high-quality work efficiency of the trolley quenching furnace. The trolley quenching furnace is guaranteed by the associated design of circulating fan, air guide plate, furnace structure, electric heating power distribution, arrangement of electric heating elements, control mode and process, furnace door structure, etc.
The advancement of the advanced mechanical system of the trolley quenching furnace is guaranteed by the design, component selection and quality, and processing and manufacturing quality. The mechanical system runs smoothly and reliably, and the equipment is in a low-noise and low-vibration working state.
The complete control system of the trolley-type annealing furnace is embodied in the aspects of accurate temperature control from 100 to 650 ℃, stable and reliable system, simple operation, avoiding human error, and complete functions. Quick quenching transfer time, adjustable trolley quenching furnace bottom opening furnace door, double-speed lifting mechanism, and advanced mechanical system make the quenching transfer fast and reliable. The time can be adjusted according to the user's process requirements.
The use of trolley annealing furnace:
1. The burner of the fuel heating trolley furnace should be installed along the tangent direction of the bath. Rotate the bath 30-40 at regular intervals to prevent local overheating of the bath and prolong the life of the bath.
2. The trolley-type annealing furnace should be sealed with refractory cement or asbestos gasket between the bath flange and the furnace panel to prevent molten salt from flowing into the furnace. It is not advisable to use fuel to heat the nitrate furnace to prevent explosion caused by the action of carbon black and nitrate after the furnace tube burns through.
3. Salt holes should be placed at the bottom of the trolley furnace to prepare for the discharge of molten salt in the event of an accident, which should be blocked with appropriate materials at ordinary times.
4. The trolley furnace uses two thermocouples to measure the temperature of the furnace near the salt bath and the heating element.
5. When the trolley-type annealing furnace is designed to use cyanide, lead, alkali and other bath agents, a strong ventilation device should be provided.
