What is the function of the dyeing tank
The dyeing (blackening) tank is to make the workpiece after tempering in the mesh belt furnace use its own temperature and soak in the dyeing solution to attach a black and bright adhesion film on the surface of the workpiece to improve the appearance and prevent rust.
The mesh belt hoist transmission system and adjustment device are set in the tank. A powerful fan and jet pipe are installed above the liquid level of the hoist to blow off the liquid attached to the surface of the workpiece as much as possible.
