1. The electric furnace must not run over temperature, otherwise the service life of the equipment will be shortened.
2. When the electric furnace is in use, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization, and must always pay attention to whether the working condition of the electric furnace is normal.
3. Workpieces with corrosive, volatile, and explosive gases are strictly prohibited to enter the furnace for processing, so as not to affect the service life of heating elements and refractory materials and cause explosions.
4. Workpieces with too much scale must be removed before entering the furnace, and they can be brushed off with a wire brush.
Precautions for the use of trolley furnace: The trolley of the trolley furnace is equipped with a pressure-resistant and high-temperature cast steel furnace floor to support the workpiece. In order to prevent the oxide scale generated after the workpiece is heated from falling into the heating element through the gap between the furnace bottom plate and causing damage to the heating element, the contact between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body adopts plug-in contact.
