What is the sherardizing process
Sherardizing is a chemical heat treatment process in which zinc is infiltrated into the surface of the workpiece. The surface sherardizing of steel parts can significantly improve the resistance to atmospheric corrosion, and it has been widely used in thin plates and standard parts. The main methods of sherardizing are powder method and hot dip method.
