What should the continuous bright annealing furnace do when it stops

1. Cut off the power supply of each heating zone, power off and cool down (100C/time). The temperature in each zone drops evenly.

2. When the furnace temperature drops to 800°C, replace the ammonia decomposition gas with nitrogen. After the fire of the front exhaust pipe goes out, continue

Purge the furnace hall with a small flow of nitrogen to 600°C and stop the nitrogen filling.

3. Stop the fan when the furnace temperature drops to 300°C.

4. When the furnace temperature drops to 200°C, the water stops.

5. After the annealing furnace is finished, there should be a lead belt in the furnace, ready to be used next time.

4. In case of a power failure, the power on can be resolved within 5 minutes. The furnace can be filled with a small amount of nitrogen, otherwise the furnace shutdown safety regulations shall be followed. If the ammonia decomposition gas is broken, the nitrogen gas at a flow rate of 12m3/h is immediately transported into the furnace. Ensure the normal pressure of the atmosphere in the furnace. And shut down the furnace.
