Working mode of annealing furnace:

The annealing furnace is a square or circular furnace body structure, which is equipped with fire brick and aluminum silicate fiber composite insulation or full fiber insulation furnace lining structure. The workpiece is put into the furnace and heated by electric heating or fuel or gas. The internal workpiece is heated to the required annealing process temperature in a natural or protective atmosphere, and after holding for a period of time, it is cooled naturally or at a controlled rate. Due to various annealing sequences, the operation methods are also different. Trolley type annealing furnace has independent loading trolley, which makes loading and unloading easier, and can load large and heavy workpieces. Well annealing furnace is suitable for vertical filling and annealing heating of shafts, rods, pipe fittings and other workpieces. It doesn't deform easily.

Classification of annealing furnace:

1. Annealing furnace is divided into electric heating, oil heating and gas heating of other heating methods. They are electric annealing furnace, fuel annealing furnace and natural gas annealing furnace.

2. Annealing furnace is divided into trolley annealing furnace, pit annealing furnace, box annealing furnace, bell type annealing furnace and other furnace structures.

3. The annealing furnace can also be a vacuum annealing furnace under natural atmosphere, a controllable atmosphere annealing furnace and a heating annealing furnace.
